- Sunscreen:Thoa kem chống nắng có chỉ số SPF ít nhất 30+ 15 phút trước khi ra khỏi nhà, vì kem chống nắng phải mất một khoảng thời gian để có thể kích hoạt cơ chế và hoạt động trên da một cách hiệu quả. Những màu da tối hơn cần được chống nắng và bảo vệ nhiều hơn vì tình trạng sắc tố da khó điều chỉnh và cải thiện nhanh như các màu da khác.

- Kem đánh răng: Các thành phần trong kem đánh răng có thể diệt vi trùng và hấp thụ dầu, nhưng chúng cũng có thể làm khô hoặc gây kích ứng da của bạn.
Một số thành phần này có thể hoàn toàn tự nhiên và tiết kiệm chi phí, nhưng chúng không được điều chế để phù hợp với làn da.
